Creative Delegating for Mystery Shoppers

Delegating can be a very helpful thing to do if you are constantly struggling to juggle your time between personal responsibilities and work. Given the fact that there are only so many hours in the day and you only have so much energy in your body, you cannot do everything on your own.  Sometimes you need someone to help you along the way. Having more people working together toward the same makes it easier to accomplish more quickly and efficiently.

You may ask yourself, “How do I delegate my work to others? Is there really someone who can help me with everything I need to get done?”

Fortunately, there is! Your loved ones are the perfect people to help you meet your responsibilities and loosen the load off your back. All you need to do is ask and find a creative way to incentivize them.

For example, your spouse can help you do some of the household chores. They can do simple tasks like clearing the clutter out of the bedroom or vacuuming the floors. Cooking them their favorite meal will be a good way to reward them for their hard work.

Children can be given the responsibility of handling simple household tasks as well, such as cleaning their bedrooms, mowing the lawn, or folding the laundry. Reward them with an extra hour of TV or provide them with a small allowance, so they will view it as a way to earn money to buy special items they want.

You may be used to doing everything around the house, but that doesn’t mean it has to stay that way.  Develop some simple and creative ways to delegate certain tasks to other family members, so you can have more time and energy to focus on your mystery shopping assignments.
