Or shoppers will write in and say, “Something is wrong with your job board. I can’t see shops in my area.” These statements are not meant to be sarcastic or flippant, they are just truthful.
Any mystery shopping company can provide mystery shopping services anywhere in the world, should they have the opportunity and choose to do so.
Market Viewpoint has chosen to do just that. Do we have a few more clients lock to our southeastern PA office? Of course. It stems from a natural course of doing local networking and being involved in our community.
However, we also have contracts with several nationwide companies in an assortment of industries including preschools and daycare, property management, retail and finance. Our sales division is always working with prospects everywhere!
We often ask shoppers to “Refer a Friend” (and we’ll pay you $10 when they complete their first accepted shop). When we promoted our referral program on a recent Jane Bond call, a shopper asked, “Why would I refer a friend and take away from the opportunities to shop in my area?”
This truly should not be a concern!
In communities where we shop most often, some of the shops are the type where we cannot send a person in twice – apartment communities, new housing, preschools, etc. We always need new, fresh shoppers in those locales.
For those clients where we can send a shopper back in numerous times, trust that if you are one of our 8-or-higher rated shoppers, you will always have first opportunity to be assigned the shop. However, even on those shops, there is typically a need for a rotation of shoppers to keep the perspective fresh and interesting for our client.
