Peeking Behind the Curtain

There is no way to explain how important mystery shopping is to the clients we serve. Your observations provide them the ‘yellow brick road’ in their quest to have their company known as the Emerald City of whatever business they run.

Retail, restaurants, call centers, hotels, property management, early childhood education centers, banks, web-based companies – ANY company that serves the public needs YOU!

Mystery shoppers satisfy curiosity and provide knowledge of real customer experiences. Your reports allow company owners and managers to know what is happening in the heart of their business.

There is no other way that management of these organizations can truly know what happens during an interaction between a real customer and their staff.

Cameras and recordings capture parts and pieces, but you, the mystery shoppers of the world, pose the real life situations. Your observations provide the real give and take during a customer transaction, the tone and demeanor of the company representative and your reaction to this individual.

You are allowing management to be like Dorothy and peek behind to curtain to see the Great Oz of customer service.

Some days, you might want to click your heels and just go home, but trust that there is great value in the work that you do and the service you provide to the customer service industry.
